Monday and Thursday/Patient Hours: 8-4:30
Tuesday and Wednesday/Patient Hours: 8:30 – 4:30
Appointments
Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We request a 24-hour notice if you need to change your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require changing an appointment. Please let us know as soon as possible to allow us to make that time available to other patients.
Financial Information
We strive to provide you with affordable, high-quality treatment that fits your budget! Our office accepts payments by cash, checks, and Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards. We also offer no-interest financing options through our office. If you have any questions about payment or financing, please ask us! We will thoroughly explain your choices and work hard to accommodate your needs.
Insurance Policies
Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Multiple payment options are available including in office payment plans and paid in full discount. These will be discussed before treatment begins. As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services and allow them 45 days to render payment. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.
